Proven Performance An Aged TPO Field Study
After accelerated heat aging at 275ºF (135ºC) for 105 days, an independent study proved EverGuard® TPO showed no cracking -while almost every one of the competitors' samples failed! Guarantees are available up to 30 years when using EverGuard® TPO Fleece-back Membrane.¹ The large welding window makes it easy to install and it is complemented by the most complete line of accessories.
TPO Accessories
Field fabrication of TPO accessories is time-consuming, costly, and inconsistent – and it can lead to unreliable details that compromise a watertight roofing system. EverGuard® TPO prefabricated accessories deliver consistent quality and eliminate the worry and problems often associated with field fabrication. They can also boost productivity up to 200%² while reducing installed cost by up to 12%.
Installation
Each module arrives to the jobsite fully grown and is simply set in place on the rooftop. During installation, the unique, patent-pending Soil Elevator™ is easily removed to allow for a seamless fit, which provides the look of a "built-in" system without the extensive, ongoing costs of maturation.

The Licensed Grower inserts the LiveRoof® Soil Elevator™ into the module -

The LiveRoof® module is filled to the top of Soil Elevator™ with LiveRoof® engineered growing medium -

LiveRoof® plants are grown to maturity approximately one inch above the LiveRoof® module -
Step Four:
Certified installer sets LiveRoof® modules tightly in place on the roof within RoofEdge® aluminum edge restraint -
Step Five:
LiveRoof® Soil Elevator™ is removed for a beautiful, seamless, instantly mature green roof -
Step Six:
Water thoroughly to settle any loose growing medium and to give your green roof a great start
