GAF Bulking Fiber
GAF Bulking Fiber is a soft, flexible high-tensile polyethylene fiber used as a general thickener for GAF coatings.
GAF Bulking Fiber can be used to bulk up coatings to make them brushable mastics. Thicker materials allow for fabrication of cants and filling around irregular surfaces. Excellent for flashing details, metal roof seams, inside and outside flashing details, round stacks, pipe legs, pitch pockets, conduit pipes, expansion joints, etc.
GAF Bulking Fiber is available in a 15 lb (6.8 liter) bag.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Apply evenly by trowel or brush. Total coverage is dependent on the substrate; rough or porous substrates may require additional product. If fabric-embedment is required, refer to Liquid-Applied Roofing Manual.
